There are still many companies that provide SMTP s ervices. I've listed only the most popular and also the cheapest. Other providers start their bidding somewhere from $ 30 / month upwards. You have to decide for yourself, depending on your business and needs.

The concept of autoresponders is that you don't have to manually send emails to different registered contacts. You can compose a certain number of emails with meaningful content and then set the shipping time frames. What does that mean? Let's say you want to send an email once a month. You can compose 12 emails for the whole year, and then the system will start sending them automatically.
Here, you have three options.

1.Sequential sending of emails to an existing database
You already have an email database and you want to start sending it to everyone once a month. Check the AFTER CREATION option and choose CUSTOM. Enter the number of days delay. If you have 12 emails, send 12 autoresponders with different delays. For example, The first responder with 0 delays will be sent immediately. In this case, we have created an email page where people can sign up for news every day. We want to start sending them a sequence of emails, so we are going to check the box after submission and choose a sequence of days: 15 days, 30 days, 45 days, etc. For every sequence, another email autoresponder.

3.Send to all individuals immediately.
You have prepared an event or workshop and you want to immediately inform everyone registered about the new matter. In this case, tick Send Now in the schedule. When you activate the responder, it will send an email to all subscribers. On the right side, select the list of subscribers.

I want to talk a little bit about the email style. There are two options: personal or corporate. The more personal style works much better for me: we got 15 times more responses than with the corporate email. Another form of email is corporate — as in a newsletter. Try both and decide for yourself which works best.
